Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Hasanganj P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 363/365A/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

According to F.I.R., unknown accused persons abducted the informant and thereafter co-accused Sonu Mandal committed rape on her, first at the school and thereafter in the house of this petitioner. Same is the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Since no role is alleged against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52467 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Katihar/Successor Court, in connection with Hasanganj P.S. Case No.30 of 2016.
