2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 465 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is living separately and has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Thrust of accusation is against the husband who is already in custody.

5. Considering the facts of the case, this pre-arrest bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40505 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 petition is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Hilsa, Nalanda in Hilsa P.S.
