JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners could not get information regarding the order dated 10.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14866 of 2015 and, therefore, they could not surrender before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Rajepur P.S.Case No.179 of 2014 in time and, accordingly, it is prayed that period for surrender be extended so that petitioners may surrender before the concerned court.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29706 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 stands disposed of extending four weeks time to surrender the petitioners before the court below in connection with Rajepur P.S.Case No.179 of 2014.

Accordingly, the order dated 10.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14866 of 2015 stands modified to the above stated extent and this petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid manner. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U T
