2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 516 of 2023 registered under section 376(1), 323, 354(c), 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have established physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage and he has also recorded the intimate moments between them and subsequently forwarded the same to others. The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2023

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application for regular bail is dismissed for the present.
