The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is a deed-writer. The complainant made the petitioner accused in the case. After enquiry, sufficient material was found against the petitioner and, accordingly, summons was issued against the petitioner to appear before the court. It is submitted that during the course of trial, the petitioner has been summoned to face the trial.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31094 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ara (Bhojpur) in Complaint Case No. 494(C)/98, corresponding to Tr. No. 93/04, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
