Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 504, 506, 364, 427, 380, 307, 302, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that in the instant case omnibus allegation have been levelled against approximately 70 persons and the petitioner is said to be one of the members of the mob of 70 persons.

Considering the fact that other co-accused whose names figures in para-11 of the bail petition have been granted bail and the case of this petitioner is similar to the aforesaid

Para-11 reads as follows:- "That it is stated and submitted that the several coaccused person have been granted bail by the Hon'ble High Court which are follows:-
