JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing of the complainant/informant by the petitioner and his other family members due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and washing machine as dowry and they also removed her from his house after snatching her personal belongings. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23618 of 2017 (4) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 petitioner is the husband of the complainant/informant and he is in custody since 12.03.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016.
