JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 356 and 379 of the I.P.C. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 27.5.2016 the informant withdrew Rs.1,25,000/- from the Bank and kept in a bag and when he reached near the gate of Dr. Arvind Pandey, two unknown miscreants riding on Pulsar motorcycle came and snatched the bag and fled away towards Station. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 2.7.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. He has remained in custody for more than 10 months. The petitioner is

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arrah in connection with Arah Nawada P.S. case No.387 of 2016.
