JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 414 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. It is alleged that one Motorcycle has been recovered from his possession which was stolen one.

The counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no any case has been lodged against the aforesaid Motor cycle. He has further submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent. He has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24234 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
