JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2018 in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. case no. 940 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner was surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. He submits that the co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 05.04.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 19984 of 2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2018 and the fact that the co-accused, on whose confessional statement, the petitioner has been named in the instant case, has already been granted bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22829 of 2018 (3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. case no. 940 of 2017 with the condition that the bailors should be the family members of the petitioner.
