Petitioner seeks bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No.292 of 2019 (Special Case No.4009 of 2019) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of illicit liquor from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has not been apprehended on the spot. Petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion on allegation that he was working as liner.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
