The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Piro P.S. Case No.255/2017, registered under Sections 354, 354(A), 354(B) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner caught the hand of his daughter and also touched her cheek with intention to outrage her modesty but his daughter raised alarm and the petitioner fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was having love affairs with the victim but while they were talking with each other, the informant came. The victim did not lodge any case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17338 of 2018 (3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner that while the victim was returning to her house, the petitioner made an attempt to outrage and caught her cheek, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected in Piro P.S. Case No.255/2017, pending in the court of A.C.J.M.-1st, Bhojpur, Ara.
