Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-25(i-b)a/26(ii)35 of the Arms Act.

One dagger is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when allegedly, he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15-06-2016. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
