Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dagarwa P.S. Case No. 210 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51721 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 case due to previous land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dagarwa P.S.
