Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court at the initial stage of the case but now petitioner has already suffered a lot by remaining in jail custody since 19.04.2016 and the report of trial court goes to show that charge has already been framed.

No doubt, in huge quantity country made liquor as well as Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Munger in connection with Jamalpur
