This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with S.C. No. 39 of 2018 arising out of Pasraha P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017, (G.R. No. 1378 of 2017) for offences under Section 366(A).
Allegation in brief is that the petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only statement of the girl is that this petitioner had taken her to Patna for the purpose of marriage but did not marry and thereafter she returned back to her parents home.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the age of the girl was assessed by the Magistrate only 14 years and her
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31699 of 2018(4) dt.02-08-2018 2/2 statement clearly indicates that the petitioner was a married person and enticed away the minor daughter of the informant. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, presently the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
