JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. No. 44 of 2018 arising out of Sono P.S. Casse no. 250 of 2017 for the offenses under Sections 399/402 Indian Penal Code and 25(1b)a/26/35 Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was apprehended by the police on 19.10.2017. The police has lodged the instant case apprehending that the petitioner and four others were preparing for committing heinous crime.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in jail for nearly seven months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23238 of 2018(4) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Assistant Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with S.T. No. 44 of 2018 arising out of Sono P.S. Case no. 250 of 2017. Bailors shall be the family members.
