The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.74966 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender and also to deposit Rs.50000/-.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender and to deposit the amount is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No.287 of 2020, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (Excise)-2, Samastipur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
