2. The present writ petition has been filed for institution an appropriate case against the concerned persons who are said to have malafidely changed the records in tax register and removed the name of petitioner's mother and issued rent receipt in the names of other persons.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 3, inter alia, stating that the police had now registered Arrah (Town) P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code which is under investigation.

4. Having regard to the statement made in the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.966 of 2014 (3) dt.22-04-2015 counter affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. It is expected that the investigation in the case will be carried on without undue delay and concluded expeditiously in accordance with law.
