2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 601 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 353 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2023 and he is quite innocent and he has committed no offence.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused thrown stones on the police.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 601 of 2015 subject to condition:- 9.(i) The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Surajgarha Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
