JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Seen the office note and the letter no. 6 dated 18.01.2019 received from the learned court below. Vide its aforesaid letter, the learned court below has requested to give further nine months time for conclusion of the trial submitting that charge in the case has been framed on 26.07.2018 and thereafter, out of 11, four witnesses including the informant have been examined. The court has tried to dispose of the case on priority basis, but in vain. In the facts and circumstances, learned court below is directed to conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order listing it on priority basis and S.P. Begusarai is directed to ensure production of the witnesses in the case on each and every date fixed without fail. Let a copy of this order be communicated to S.P.
