By the impugned order dated 28.05.2015, the learned Principal Judge, family Court, Patna has directed the petitioner to pay monthly maintenance of Rs. 6,000/- per month under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act in Matrimonial Case No. 905 of 2012 filed by the husband for divorce.

Perused the order. It appears that the Court below has considered each and every point which is being raised by the petitioner before this Court and has passed a reasoned order. Therefore, it cannot be said that the order passed by the Court below is without jurisdiction and occasioned any failure of justice. Thus, no case for interference in supervisory jurisdiction is made out and accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
