This is an application for bail in connection with Majorganj P.S.Case No. 285 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. A plea has been taken by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner, rather one Tempo was intercepted in which the petitioner was there and she was arrested by police and from whose possession a suitcase was recovered containing 60 bottles of Nepali wine. It has further been submitted that the petitioner, who is a lady having no criminal antecedent, is in jail for three months.

Having heard both sides and considering the fact that the petitioner is lady having no criminal antecedent and is in jail for three months, let the petitioner, Kiran Paswan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Majorganj P.S.Case No. 285 of 2016.
