The petitioner is accused in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017, registered under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of 30 bottles, each containing 300 ml, of Nepali liquor from the dickey of the motorcycle of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while petitioner is accused in two other cases, but in both cases, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 21.02.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23899 of 2017 (3) dt.28-06-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari (East Champaran), in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
