The petitioners seek bail in Adarsh Thana (Jamui) P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section (s) 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in the written report the petitioners are alleged to be member of unlawful assembly. There is specific allegation of causing firearm injuries to the father of the informant against Ganga Singh @ Manish Singh, Vinod Singh, Umashankar Singh and Kamlesh Singh, on account of which, the father of the informant died on the spot.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39100 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 Petitioners are in custody since 29.3.2019 and 30.3.2019 respectively.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Adarsh Thana (Jamui) P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
