The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 216 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149,341, 323, 325, 427, 379, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration, allegations have been levelled against the son, who has attempted to murder his own father, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners.
