The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case and is a woman and the informant alleges that on direction of District Magistrate, the F.I.R. was instituted on the allegation that during the course of appointment of Panchayat Teacher, illegality was committed by the Panchayat Secretary and the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that the present F.I.R. has been instituted after

It is also submitted that during the appointment of Panchayat Teacher, the documents submitted by the candidates were sent to the authorities for verification and it was thereafter only that the candidates were appointed as Panchayat Teacher. It is also submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Agrer P. S. Case No.46 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
