Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The son of the informant was found missing. The informant suspected that the petitioner and others named in the F.I.R. have kidnapped his son for land dispute. Subsequently, dead body of the son of the informant was found. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only material against the petitioner is that dead body of the son of the informant was recovered from near the house of the petitioner. However, no one says that he had seen the petitioner carrying the deceased or committing his murder.

Considering the period of custody already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000 (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 66/2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
