The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bisf P. S. Case No. 318 of 2019 dated 19.10.2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 815 of 2019, instituted for offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the cousin father-in-law of the deceased and there is no specifc accusation against him. Some of the accused persons of this case, who are directly related to the husband of the deceased, have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Benipatti, in connection with Bisf P. S. Case No. 318 of 2019 dated 19.10.2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 815 of 2019. The petition stands allowed.
