The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith two other F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted the informant and his mother on account of which, mother of informant sustained injury on her head.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that simple Maarpit took place between the parties, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault. It is further submitted that though, there is allegation of assault by three persons, but mother of informant has sustained only one injury on her head. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40487 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - V, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sahar P.S.
