2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved for illegal termination and has been denied his retiral benefits. The petitioner submits that he

Patna High Court CWJC No.9534 of 2023 dt.04-09-2023 2/2 has served the Police Department and he was terminated from the service w.e.f. 01.02.2010. The petitioner seeks to file detail representation before the Superintendent of Police, Jehabanad, respondent no. 4.

3. The Superintendent of Police, Jehabanad, respondent no. 4 is directed to ensure payment of GPF, leave encashment and other retiral dues, payable to the petitioner within a period of four weeks in accordance with law.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner has served the Police Department for more than 29 years, the representation file by the petitioner is directed to be disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
