The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 379, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have inflicted Farsa blow on the head of the informant. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by learned Sessions Judge vide order dated 04.06.2015 passed in A.B.P. No. 9524/ 2015 but the petitioner appeared in the court and filed bail petition to surrender but thereafter he fled away and made another prayer for anticipatory bail before learned Sessions Judge vide A.B. P. No. 9659 of 2015.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
