Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2014 registered under Sections- 376, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to village politics. Except suspicion there is nothing to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence. The co-accused on whose confession petitioner's name has surfaced has already been acquitted by the Court below.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
