The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 122 of 2017, registered under Sections 34(B), 36 and 37(B) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of one Gallon containing five litre country made liquor from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.03.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20144 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Turkauliya P.S.
