ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2016 in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.468 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 316 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected, the petitioner surrendered in the court below and thereafter he has been in custody. It is further submitted that the petitioner and the informant are close relatives and that the allegation have been made only because there was some dispute regarding

Considering all facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, in connection with Barh P.S.
