Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 17.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26590 of 2017 with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial without a period of nine months and liberty has been given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within nine months.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that up till now the trial has not been concluded and she is in custody since 11.11.2016.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
From perusal the report it appears that four witnesses have been examined in this case out of ten witnesses.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30452 of 2018 (3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
