JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH) 27-09-2022 Heard Mr. Sanchay Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Bashishtha Narayan Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents no. 5 and 6 and Mr. Prabhu Narayan Sharma, learned A.C. to learned Advocate General for the State.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 13.09.2022, the daughter of the respondents no. 5 and 6 is present in Court. The petitioner has also appeared before the Court.

3. Basically the writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being apprehensive of the well being of the daughter of the respondents no. 5 and 6 with whom he was on friendly terms.

4. In interaction before the Court, the parties have not denied that they were known to each other. However, as of now, the petitioner and the daughter of the respondents no. 5 and 6 do not propose to keep in touch with each other and want to lead a fresh life without interference of either. The Court respects their views as both are adults and would not comment on that.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Before parting, the Court would only observe that the parties would not unnecessarily impose themselves on each other or interfere in the life of each other in any manner whatsoever. But it shall not preclude them to maintain any type of relationship which is mutually acceptable to them without there being any threat, force or coercion from the other side.

7. The Court would categorically observe that any material any side possesses with regard to any written documents, photographs or otherwise shall never be made public or used for any purpose and if the parties are fair to each

8. The Superintendent of Police, Saran is discharged of the direction to produce the daughter of respondents no. 5 and 6 in Court.
