JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order contained in Annexure-7 whereby representation of the petitioner was rejected and respondent no.7 was declared to be senior teacher of the school in question.

Mr. Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Block Education Officer has not disclosed the reason for declaring the respondent no.7 senior to this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent

Patna High Court CWJC No.12551 of 2019(2) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 the Block Education Officer, Ladania alongwith a copy of this order and on receipt of the representation, the Block Education Officer, Ladania is under obligation to give reason for deciding inter se seniority of the petitioner and respondent no.7 by reason speaking order within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of filing of such representation along with a copy of this order.
