ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with (Shampur) Kharagpur P.S.Case No. 100/14 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant, his brother and the father. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners and the informant are agnates. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43737 of 2014 (3) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender in the court below within two weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger, in (Shampur O.P.) Kharagpur P.S.Case No. 100/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
