The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 33/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and his brother were quarrelling with each other when the informant was passing through. The petitioner threw acid on the face of the informant causing burn injury to him. It is submitted that the petitioner was trying to pour acid on his brother but the same fell on the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
