2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A and 323 IPC registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1090 (c) of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. There is no medical document on record to substantiate the accusations of physical torture.

4. Despite service of notice on OP No. 2 none appears on her behalf when the matter is called today.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13933 of 2014 (4) dt.22-04-2015 circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 25.03.2014 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1090(C) of 2013 is hereby confirmed.
