Petitioner, already in custody since 13.3.2018, seeks bail in Asthawan PS Case No. 214 of 2017, registered under Sections 394 of the IPC.

It is contended by the learned Counsel that neither any incriminating material was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, investigation has been completed, except disclosure of name of the petitioner by co-accused Sandeep Kumar there is no other material against him and Sandeep Kumar has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22124 of 2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Robin Kumar @ Rubin Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM VI Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Asthawan PS Case No. 214 of 2017.
