No. 7019 of 2016 This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the State-respondents, seeking further time for completion of process of approval of the draft rules and schemes.

Heard Mr. Anand Kumar Ojha, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Bishwa Bibhuti Kumar Singh, learned Assistant Counsel to Principal Additional Advocate General No. 1, appearing on behalf of State-respondents.

Having regard to the fact that the State-respondents have not framed the requisite rules, schemes, bye-laws, etc., in compliance of the order, dated 03.08.2016, on account of the fact that some mistakes have crept in the draft rules and schemes, we

Patna High Court CWJC No.9634 of 2015 (17) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 hereby direct that the framing of the rules, schemes and bye-laws shall be completed within a period of six weeks from today. We leave the petitioner at liberty to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if situation so warrants and/or take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
