This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Unknown persons committed kidnapping of the son of the informant. The victim boy, on recovery/appearance, gave his statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., wherein, he alleged his abduction by unknown persons. Co-accused Md. Laddu has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21193/2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
