JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-07-2015 If the petitioner can persuade the State Government to meet the infirmities or shortfalls pointed out in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the impugned order contained in Annexure- 10, dated 26.12.2013, annexed with IA No.1742 of 2014, then there may be an occasion for the Central Government to consider the claim of the late husband of the present petitioner for grant of freedom fighter pension. In absence of the shortcomings so noticed, no infirmity with the impugned order contained in Annexure- 10 dated 26.12.2013 can be pleaded or found.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7115 of 2011 dt.28-07-2015 2/2 Writ application stands disposed of with the above observation.
