The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.417 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant of this case is father of the deceased. It is alleged that his son (deceased) had married with the daughter of this petitioner against the will of the informant. After marriage, his son returned back to Muskat (Oman) where he was in service as Graphic Designer. After marriage, his wife and inlaws used to demand money through transfer in their account and out of economic and mental agony, his son committed suicide at Muskat (Oman).

It has been submitted that this petitioner and his family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29329 of 2018 (4) dt.28-06-2018 members have been made accused only for the reason that the marriage was performed against the will of the informant. The marriage took place on 22.07.2017 and the son of informant left India on 29.07.2017 and only after four days the deceased allegedly committed suicide at Oman. The petitioner is father-inlaw of the deceased. He is in custody since 13.02.2018 having clean antecedent and so he deserves bail.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.417 of 2017.
