The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assautling the informant, demanding extortion of Rs.50,000/- and snatching Mangal-Sutra.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be brother-in-law (Dewar) of the informant, only one swelling and one tenderness has been found on the person of the informant which is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33551 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 superficial simple in nature and due to petty dispute the accusation has been levelled.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the relationship between the informant and the petitioner and the injury caused, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
