JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-02-2020 On 02.12.2019, the petitioner was granted four weeks time to produce the exhibits and deposition of witnesses of the Maintenance Case No. 08/2016 by filing a supplementary affidavit. The said order has not been complied with. On 13.02.2020, when the matter was called out no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner whereupon this court on it's own granted an adjournment directing listing of the matter today. Today, once again no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. In such circumstances where neither the order is being complied with nor learned counsel for the petitioner has appeared, this application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
