2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Daudnagar PS Case No.107 of 2024 dated 14.03.2024, instituted under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on the alleged date of occurrence the accused persons, who were in inebriated condition, assaulted the informant and caused injury to him on his head and also snatched rupees five thousand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, rather, allegations are general and omnibus. It is also submitted that the injury report of the informant would reveal that there is only one injury sustained by the informant and the nature of injury is simple. There is case and counter case between the parties. Counter case i.e., Daudnagar PS Case No.110 of 2024 has been instituted by the son of the petitioner no.1 against the informant and others. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in Daudnagar PS Case No.107 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
