Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 448, 497 and 498/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation leveled against the petitioner is vague and farfetched and that he has not developed illicit relationship with anybody. It is further submitted that petitioner is a poor man and the petitioner has filed the divorce case against the informant, as a result thereof, she has filed the present case only to mentally

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact the petitioner is a petty Labour and is earning Rs. 100150 per day, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
